We would like to inform you of an exhibition that will be held in Morioka in the fall of 2024.

This time's theme is "Recovery". All around us, we face difficulties of all sizes, such as dealing with people and running our jobs. I created digital art while facing such difficulties. In this exhibition, you can view these digital art as giclee prints.

The venue will be the warehouse of Gozaku, a general store founded in 1816. It has been about five years since the exhibition was held at the same location. Once again, you will be able to see an exhibition where modern art coexists with historical merchant houses built from the late Edo period to the Meiji period.

These works depict scenes from the story little by little while slowly waiting for mental recovery. For me, one way to accept or escape the anxiety and frustration of an uncertain future was to create paintings. If you want to travel to Morioka while feeling the arrival of autumn, "Gozaku" is also a recommended spot.

Atsushigraph

Visual artist. Born in Iwate, Japan in 1993. lives and works in Japan.

After being diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2010, I taught myself and started making digital collages during my recuperation period. Since then, while maintaining contact with society through exhibitions and other events, I have actively incorporated expressions that utilize computer technology, which has fascinated me since I was a child. Anxiety, impermanence, loneliness, and recovery are central themes in my work. Currently, I am presenting my works through this site and selling them around the world through TRiCERA ART.
